Head of Water Authority Eng. Mazen Ghoneim met with the Chairman of the Ma'asara village council, Ms. Fatima Brigia, to discuss the needs of the council to improve the water situation in the region.

Mrs. Bregia put forward the need to build reservoir for the town with a capacity of 500 cubic meters, and Rehabilitation of dilapidated water system, executing a water pipe line along the 1700 metres in order to improve water quality and reduce the loss of the current water line.

The Minister Ghoneim stressed that the water authority will provide the necessary support for al Maasara village, pointing out that the authority put in its plan an integrated project plan implementation includes provision of water pipe line along the 1500 meters, the construction of a high reservoir and rehabilitate the existing pump with the reservoir to deliver water to the high areas, The implementation of internal distribution lines with a length of 3500 meters, saying that if the project is implemented, the water situation in Al_Maasara will improve.
