Ramallah: The workshop on discussing the job description for the supervisory job was inaugurated at the headquarters of the Water Authority today, in the presence of the technical team of the General Personnel Council, the Presidential Office, Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of public works, Health, Education, and the Ministry of Justice. Headed by the General Manager of career planning and framework at the General Personnel Council, Mr. Wael Rimawi.
The workshop was opened by Mr. Mahmoud Mizher, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Water Authority, who gave an overview of the new structure of the Water Authority and the challenges facing the preparation of this structure consisting of six general departments - two unified and four specialized (37 departments - 86 section), 7 units (2 United and five Specialties) pointing out that the most important challenges were to re-examine the workflow mechanism, steps and its intersections within the water authority and therefore redistribute roles to the various sections and departments as well as rearrange the departments within the general departments and the distribution of sections in the departments.
