The Head of PWA, Eng. Mazen Ghunaim met with the Director of the World Bank, Mr. Kanthan Shankar, and Mr. Denis Jordy, Program Leader for Sustainable Development.

The meeting discussed the latest developments in the development programs of the water sector and the support and implementation of critical and strategic water sector projects.

Eng. Ghunaim ensured the role of the World Bank in providing support to the water sector in Palestine and helping to implement important projects that contribute to improving the water situation. For his part, Mr. Shankar praised the leading role of the Water Authority in the development of the water sector.
