The project covered under this study is now on track to be financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF). This ESIA, ESMP and RAP results are still valid; and currently a new public consultations (financed by AFD) is ongoing to update, where needed, the environmental and social studies. The results are expected to be available in June 2018.
